The technologically advanced CM 16 PRO mortar has:
AERO technology – admixtures specially selected and optimized in terms of air content and rheological properties ensure a unique, homogeneous microstructure and excellent working properties. This translates into an excellent “buttery”, very plastic and airy consistency, thanks to which the application of the adhesive is very easy, both on vertical and horizontal surfaces. In addition, it allows you to obtain the appropriate consistency depending on the type of glued tiles and the surfaces on which they will be applied,
MICRO-GEL – thanks to the use of a special blend of biopolymers that form the gel structure, the mortar has a much better water retention in the entire structure, which translates into a longer correction time even at high temperatures. The specially designed mixture is perfect for permanent bonding of tiles with different water absorption properties on deformable substrates under conditions of elevated temperatures. It is also characterized by high adhesion, very good and easy flow under the tile, which ensures a flexible connection of the tiles with the deformable substrate, transferring shear stresses.
Possibility of application up to 10mm – due to the aeration, thanks to the micro-gel structure and a special combination of fibers, the entire structure of the adhesive has the same strength throughout its thickness. This enables the use of a thicker layer of glue than conventional thin-layer products, even up to 10mm in one work step. Which allows you to align and glue the tiles at the same time. In addition, thanks to the non-shrinkage and bonding, the glued tiles are stable both in the first stage of bonding and after complete drying. The fiber content ensures that the mortar has excellent working and technical parameters. It exhibits high adhesive strength and flexibility, which is of great importance in the balcony-terrace system or when laying tiles in the underfloor heating system.
