Description

Application of decorative plasters – trendy artistic plaster making a perfect decoration of modern residential and public access interiors.
Ideally combines with metal, glass and rough timber. Its surface resembles natural raw concrete.
Place of use: walls and ceilings indoors.
Types of substrate: plaster, concrete, stone, plasterboards, wood-like boards and

phases of the effect application:

phase I: Apply Concrete with a venetian plastering trowel upon the primed surface.	phase II: Apply tape imitating rustications when the Concrete surface dries.
phase III: Moist the surface with water before application of the second Concrete coat, apply the material then.	phase IV: When the material keeps drying, smooth the surface with a trowel edge until the expected level of smoothness is reached.
phase V: Remove previously applied tape as soon as the surface keeps moist.	phase VI: Thoroughly coat the surface with Decorative Varnish.

products necessary for the effect application and their average consumption:

bonding primer approx. 0,14 kg/m²	concrete approx. 2 kg/m²	decorative varnish approx. 0,07 l/m²	thin tape to create slab

Average consumption: 0.9 kg of dry mix for 1 m² for a single coat. Note that the coverage depends on substrate texture, absorptiveness and preparation, intended decorative effect, installer’s experience, coat thickness, number of coats, application method. In order to check the actual coverage for particular conditions, one should apply a sample upon the actual substrate first.

Temperature of use: from +5°C up to +30°C, the time of drying can extend in low temperature and/or high humidity Number of coats: 2 Time of drying: dry when touched after approx. 12 h Application of subsequent coat: after 12-24 h, depending on coat thickness Dilution: water (0.3-0.35 l / 1 kg of dry mortar) Technical requirements: Hygienic Certificate issued by Polish Institute of Hygiene Shelf life: in dry form with no time limit, in liquid form – 24 months
